Meet the Team
Craig Cooper |
Craig has spent his entire working life around floor coverings, obtaining trade certificates in Ceramic Tiling and Floor Laying, as well as holding a Building Work Contractors License. His technical expertise combined with 15 years in the roles of Project, Installation and Sales Manager has created an unrivalled ability to find solutions and ‘pull rabbits out of hats’. His hands on knowledge and passion for the industry has been a key to building long term relationships with customers and suppliers. When he is not talking about flooring, he enjoys his role as an assistant coach to his son’s football team, cooking a mean BBQ and is a mad keen fisherman.

Trav Bird |
Trav has accumulated 10 years in the commercial flooring industry. He has a keen eye for numbers and precision which has been further developed from his Degree in Engineering. Trav is the main ‘go to man’ for computer based estimation, well known in the industry for his reliability to deliver comprehensive quotations. He also looks after accounts, payroll, IT and is the expert Barista at the NextGen headquarters. When he is away from the computer, he can be found sweating it out in a CrossFit class, or volunteering for the CFS.

Luke Skoblyk |
Luke began his commercial flooring career back in 2002 in a hands-on installation role, whilst completing a Marketing Degree. He has spent the last 6 years as a Project and Installation Manager as well as a Commercial Estimator. His energy and excitement for commercial flooring is best seen when a problem needs to be solved. His main focus is on sales, business development and installations, but he also offers exceptional skills with computer based estimation. If you can drag him away from work, you will find him getting away to the river for a weekend of skiing and socialising.

Andrew has spent the past 12 years working in the flooring industry. Originally attaining a Cert 3 in Floor Finishing and Covering, he worked as an installer before working his way through into sales and eventually into estimating in the commercial flooring industry. Having worked from the ground up, he has built great relationships with installers, suppliers and clients and this experience combined with a knowledge of all facets of installation places him in an excellent position as our newest Project Manager. When he is not at work he is spending time with his beloved French Bulldogs, at the gym or scoffing his face at one of the burger bars around town. Ph: 0499 15 0010 |
